Depending on your needs and the usage of Openki, groups can be used as:<\/p>\n
You can categorize Courses and Events with groups. A venue<\/strong> can have a group as host.<\/p>\n Groups have members, those are users that can administrate that group and they get notified by new proposals for the group.<\/p>\n Featuring content: Members of a group can label any course<\/strong>\u00a0and event<\/strong>, so they appear in their calendar and course lists.<\/p>\n Orga-Group: A group can additionally be organizer of a course<\/strong> or a event<\/strong>, which is indicated by the bullhorn icon. Example: Course-orga-team-members have to nominate a group to a orga-group by giving them edit rights for the course.<\/p>\n Group members can edit all courses and events organized by the group.<\/p>\n You can find the ID of a group in the URL.
